Naw, molestation is just a side benefit now, not a requirement.

Regular pioneers to be nominated by BOE
by yalbmert99 inapparently the regular pioneers will be nominated by the body of elders, not bethel.
however, elders will have to send bethel a notification when a pioneer is nominated or removed..

No can I get out of going in service?
by Captain Obvious inas some of you who read my previous thread know, my matrix moment has passed, and i am on my way out.
i am trying very hard to fade slowly in hopes that my wife will wake up, and maybe my family too.
the problem is, my conscience still works well, and i don't want to go out in if service and tell people things that i know aren't true.

I find it pretty easy to get out of service because I have a real job and a life.
Every time someone starts to bug me about my lack of service I just state it's so hard trying to do run my business, take care of my home and do everything else on my own that I wish someone could help so I could go. This always does the trick because either the moron I'm talking to doesn't have a clue nor live in reality land and/or preaches love but wouldn't help you if both your arms and legs fell off.
I just turn in a "report" enough to make the big guns stay off my back, and no I've never had a problem of conscience about not going or lying about my "time".

This Year's Memorial the Shortest Ever
by compound complex inthe memorial last thursday night was, to my recollection, the shortest i've ever attended.
thirty-five minutes.
it was truly a cliff notes version.

Ugh, not mine.
The pampas blowhard giving the ear enema wouldn't shut up; I felt like I was listening to a monotone evangelical energizer bunny who’s batteries were running low.

"They took no note" - ?
by compound complex ina friend and i talked on the phone recently, and he read matthew 24:36-38 from 3 different versions of the bible.
the various renderings indicated that the citizenry were not aware of a coming judgment nor did they suspect anything, giving rise to the thought: what did noah preach (if anything)?
likewise, were people in areas far removed from noah's alleged ark building apprised of his monumental feat?

See, jayhoover doesn't like poeple who pass notes, like us apostates, 'cause Noah took no note.

Why not?! It would save them $$$ not having to teach the R&F how to actually teach their drivel, all a witless would have to do is walk up to the door and press play on a wash-towel tutorial; and wouldn’t this give them total control over the spread of the “good news”?
Reminds me of when ol’ Russy had R&F haul around heavy-ass record players to “preach” from door to door. Hell if the format worked before, why'd they stop?!
Maybe they'll even start manufacturing wash-towel computers, at a reasonable over inflated price, to "distribute" (sell) to R&F that will keep track of circus time (lie) for you, auto download all new litter-a-turd (for a fee) and block all naughty stuff on the internet (everything not wash-towel); OOOH and best of all it will secretly spy on you and report back to mother.

Submitting an experience to WTS
by tootired2care injust curious, you always hear of the experiences in the yearbook or the wt about how jehovah provided for some lowly pioneer or disadvantaged person, or someone that put jehovah first.
were you ever personaly involved in one of the experiences or involved enough in the background to see how these experiences were authenticated for publications or assembly?
i'm wondering how much of these stories we hear are exaggerated or just outright lies, and what they had to do to sell it to us to motivate us to pioneer.

I had a friend who was trying her best to do what THEY wanted her to do by pious-sneering. Her and I were best friends and I knew her very well, so I was surprised when they wanted her to do a blow smoke up everyone's ass experience at the circus ass-em-bleed. The experience she gave must have been of another person entirely; she related how it was tough but she was getting by with jayhoovers help and didn't regret her decision to go into full time service because she was the happiest she'd ever been.
Complete lies!
Her mother is literally crazy, her father is a lazy fat-ass abuser and her sister had just recently divorced the conned-green-nation pedophile who sexually abused her (BTW the cong sided with the pedophile and told anyone involved to shut the hell up), she also had no car, no real place to live and no income so she never knew if she was going to have something to eat that day or have a roof over her head that night.
Was she happy? Hell no! She was miserable and said so all the time!
She later admitted to me that they only chose her, and let her give an experience, because she was willing to spruce up her story and put on happy face while doing it.

I don't think they're equal at all; the litter-a-turd is to be followed before anything else. If something they write conflicts with the Bible we are supposed to believe them because, as has been discussed on many other threads here, "noo light" will shine to give us the understanding.
The truth is they say anything they want and by using the "be patient noo light will be shed" excuse they buy themselves time to hand pick scriptures to warp and twist to fit their views.
Just a prime example of a bunch of greedy men using another power grubbing groups book to get the vulnerable unsuspecting public to do their bidding.

Examples of Fredrick Franz Horrible personality.
by Witness 007 inin he's nephews book i could not believe some of the things he mentions.
when his father died fred franz told his mother he could not go to the funeral because he was just too busy at bethel.
she spoke to rutherford who ordered him to go.

Australia Pioneer Convention experience.....we at veggies from the gutter...encouraging!!!!
by Witness 007 ini'll never forget sitting at our district convention when a lovely pioneer family came on to tell us their experiences.
they father went on about how the struggled at times but "jehovah provided" like the time a fruit and veggies truck must have lost some of it's load and they filled there bags?????
not very encouraging at all.

These experiences were in no way encouraging; they only taught me that if you put jayhoover first you're going to end up a starving penniless freeloader (that never really sounded appealing, hmm I can’t imagine why?).
And another thing:
I like how if money just falls out of someone's pocket and you keep it wash-towel considers it theft; but if someone’s goods (produce, bread, etc.) falls off a truck, or get misplaced, it's jayhoover providing.
Such bull-shight! If you take something that isn't yours it's theft, PERIOD. So maybe you should get a job and pay your own way instead of stealing, you lazy parasites.

High Power? Yes
Malevolent Higher Power? No; unless you mean higher power in the sense of corporate shareholders who pull the strings, then yes.
